DAY 1 :

BANGKOK – THAILAND-BURMA RAILWAY CENTRE – PRA THAT CAVE – ERAWAN WATERFALL & NATIONAL PARK – COMSAED RIVER KWAI

6am-6.30am

Pick up from centrally located Bangkok hotels before depart to Kanchanaburi province (128 km. to the west of Bangkok)

Morning

Arrive at Kanchanaburi.

Visit Thailand-Burma Railway Centre, an interactive museum, information and research facility dedicated to presenting the history of the Thailand–Burma Railway. The fully air–conditioned centre offers the visitor an educational and moving experience.

After Thailand-Burma Railway Centre, guests will disembark at the designated meeting point, where   transportation will be arranged for the onward transfer to Comsaed River Kwai.

Visit Pra That Cave, is located inside the Erawan National Park. It is located around 12 km. from Erawan National Park. There are a lot of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites inside the cave. And, most of the stalactites and stalagmites are translucent which are so stunning. This cave is a pristine sanctuary, untouched by pollution and far from human settlements. Its magnificent stalactites and stalagmites remain in perfect condition, their beauty almost beyond words. You are warmly invited to experience this natural wonder for yourself. This impressive cave has a 200 metres length breath-taking. It is a large dark cave with a smooth cave floor. It is approximately 200 meters long and has beautiful, strangely shaped stalagmites and stalactites. The highlight of Phra That Cave is Most rocks are translucent and there is sandstone shaped like a relic. There is also a main pillar and a lieutenant pillar inside the cave. Visit the Erawan Waterfall & National Park, where can explore all seven tiers on foot, swim in       the ponds, and explore a nearby cave. It is a waterfall with a complete ecosystem in Erawan National Park that is still covered with lush trees. Seeing the blue water makes you want to experience the purity of the waterfall. Erawan waterfall is one of the most famous and beautiful waterfalls in Thailand which drops a height of 1,500 metres. At the top of 7th level is said to resemble the three-headed elephant of Hindu mythology which is call the Erawan. Erawan Waterfall is a limestone waterfall that is beautiful and is one of the famous places in Kanchanaburi Province.

It is approximately 2,200 meters long, divided into 7 floors, each floor having different beauty and the names of each class are as follows; 1st level “Lai Kuen Rang ”, 2nd level “Wang Matcha ”, 3rd level “Pha Namtok ”, 4th level “Ok Nang Phi Suea ”, 5th level “Boredom Mai ”, 6th level “Dong Pruksa” and 7th level “Phu Pha Erawan ”. This is the top layer. When the waterfall flows, it will look like a three-headed elephant, also known as “Erawan Elephant ” is therefore, the origin of “Erawan National Park ” and the water in the stream shines with an emerald green color.

This waterfall is a beautiful spot in Erawan National Park, surrounded by vibrant greenery and a thriving ecosystem. The crystal-clear turquoise waters invite you to enjoy their refreshing beauty up close.

Then proceed to Comsaed River Kwai. Check-in on arrival.

Dinner and overnight at Comsaed River Kwai, where is the eco-friendly resort feels like entering a beautiful garden. Located by the calm banks of the Kwai Yai river, it offers a relaxing atmosphere. You can enjoy various facilities, including biking, kayaking, a swimming pool, and a spa.

DAY 2 :

RIVER KWAI BRIDGE – HELLFIRE PASS INTERPRETIVE CENTRE – DEATH RAILWAY TRAIN – COMSAED RIVER KWAI

Morning

After breakfast.

Visit the world-famous Bridge over the River Kwai, part of Death Railway constructed by Allied POWs.

Visit the Hellfire Pass Interpretive Centre. The interpretive centre presents the history of the Burma-Thailand railway under chronological and thematic headings, explaining the rationale for the railway, the way in which it was constructed and the hardship experienced by those who worked on it. Then you can descend the long set of stairs behind the museum to Hellfire Pass Memorial Walking Trail following the original rail bed. Then proceed back to Comsaed River Kwai.

Lunch at local restaurant. 

Afternoon

Take a historic on Death Railway Train passing over original wooden viaduct constructed by Allied POWs.

Evening

Dinner and overnight at Comsaed River Kwai.

DAY 3:

ORGANIC FARMS & THAI COOKING CLASS – BANGKOK

Morning

After breakfast, spend the morning at leisure.

Visit the villager’s organic farms without insecticide. Provide knowledge about vegetables and their benefits by the local guide. See the plantations of various crops such as corn, sugarcane and roselle etc. Take a tour of the community’s rural farming project and see the simple way of life of the community that is close to nature. Demonstrate how to harvest vegetables and fruits ready to eat,Thai cooking class. You will be able to see many different kinds of organic herbs, vegetables and fruits. You will be given the opportunity to pick some of the fresh ingredients that you will use while preparing your favorite dishes. Each person will have his/her own cooking station. Finally, enjoy eating your meal from. Our talented Thai chef offers an introduction into the flavors and methods of cooking some of the most popular Thai dishes. We describe the fresh local ingredients, herbs and spices, and take you step by step through the recipes, assisting you to cook each dish.
